We're all born with a voice in our heads. In childhood, the voice is relatively singular. "Don't do this or Mummy will shout," or "Chocolate!!!"
The older we get, the more roles we play, the more voices we start to hear. "Study," "be popular," "become thin," "don't bow to pressure," and so on…
And at a point, life leaves us so very confused. So many things, so many voices.
Now, as psychotic as it all sounds, sometimes it helps to have a voice. At the end of a phone, at the end of a couch, a voice that listens to us without judging, that is not involved in anything other than helping us. One that brings a smile to our face.
For me, Jaya Nair is that voice. On bad days, I call her to get a dose of reality. On good days, I call to share a smile.
And on days when I want to move past the blocks in my head, her voice guides me to healing, meditation and reflection.
So its not just a support system she offers, but a progress system.
Anyone who wants to move on, move forward and just plain move, even while standing absolutely still. Call Jaya. And let her help you begin your healing journey forward.

Jaya:  what can I say about her?? First of all, I would like to thank the Almighty for giving me the opportunity to meet such a wonderful   person. And then thank Jaya for the unconditional love and support that she has given me.
Within no time, she made me self sufficient to deal with daily issues on my own. She has stood behind me as a strong pillar and shown me how to conduct myself in today’s society, which has not only got me satisfaction but also a lot of success, fame and money…
Not only have I gained professional strength, but I have also gained a lot of peace and love in my personal relationships. Despite of being in depression for a span of one and a half years, and being on medication advised by the top Psychiatrist in India, and spending loads on astrologers, I could not find the contentment that Jaya has provided me within a span of just one month.
In short, she made me realize my true potential and gifted me with a new bright life.
My serious recommendation to all those reading this testimonial, is that SHE IS AN AWESOME PERSON AND A TRUE ALTRUISTIC …
Thank you for being there, Jaya. Simply love you!!!
Please visit her when you are in doubt so that all your doubts are cleared in life.

Manojit Sarkar on behalf of Mr. M. K. Sarkar

M. K. Sarkar

My name is Manojit Sarkar and I would like to say a few words about how my father Mr. M.K.Sarkar was helped through Jaya’s therapy. My father had been suffering from depression and anxiety for the past few years. We had visited many doctors and psychotherapists to find a cure for him, but all in vain. The numerous medicines given to him only worsened his situation. Then I met Jaya who agreed to take a few sessions with my father. At first, I thought she would be just like the other therapists we had visited and would do nothing more than create a big hole in my pocket. My opinion about her, however, started changing after the first session. I could already see him more relaxed and at ease. By the end of the last session my father was a completely changed person, more calm and composed. There was no sign of tension in his face and he was very much more relaxed. Later, Jaya told me that she had used "Energy Healing" and "Meditation" therapy on him.
I would like to conclude by saying that if you are facing any kind of issues that need help please do not ignore or delay. Seek help today. And the person to go to is Jaya.

It is the easiest to give advise but very difficult to counsel someone. It is an art that requires a counselor to understand what the counselee’s requirement is and then to provide the correct type of counseling and direction. Jaya Nair is one such person. I have been counseled before by two different counselors (abroad and in India) yet the kind of help that Jaya has offered me over time is incomparable. I was counseled by her nearly 4 years back but I still turn to her every time I need direction and guidance.

Jaya has a unique way of making you think for yourself. She takes the time to hear you out, and then proceeds to counsel in such a manner that you are forced to think in various directions and resolves issues with her help. She, in a way, helps you help yourself. She puts you back on your feet. She truly has a healing hand. She is an amazingly compassionate person and there is something about her that makes a person turn to her time and again. And no, she is not an agony aunt; she is a counselor in the truest sense of the term. I am not surprised that some of my own friends and family turn to her for help and that is because they have seen me benefit incredibly with her help.
